We've noticed some problems with the typical North American diet. Where we used to eat natural foods,
with healthy amounts of fiber, we now eat processed foods that have had the fiber removed. We have chosen convenience over nutrition,
and developed foods with empty calories; food with no food value.
We went back to basics, and re-discovered a food that is as well known as breakfast. Granola. It's been
around for a century, and has always been a healthy way to start the day. It is full of natural ingredients, and packed with food value.
Here at Truvida™, we developed a program to put this value back into our lives. We call it our Five Step
Program, and it's a natural winner.
Incorporating our Five Step Program into your life is as easy as eating an apple.
OUR SIMPLE 5-STEP PROGRAM
STEP 1:
For breakfast, eat 2 Granola SunShine Squares™. Don't worry if you can't eat the second one, you can always save it for a mid-morning
snack, but... don't forget to drink 8 oz. of water or green tea with each square.
STEP 2:
For lunch, eat something healthy; soup and a sandwich, a salad, or a sub. Pick lean ingredients and cut back on sugars and fats.
STEP 3:
For a mid-afternoon snack, eat 2 delicious KokoLean™ Organic Dark Chocolate Almond Cherry™ cookies, and a big glass of water.
STEP 4:
For supper, eat a balanced meal, with a combination of lean protein and green vegetables.
STEP 5:
Exercise at least 4 times every week, for 30 minutes each time. As always, consult a physician before you start any type of exercise program.
No two people are the same, and no two people are going to enjoy the same exact diet. We understand that, and
that's why we didn't give you detailed instructions.
Make your own healthy choices, and you will find this program easier to live with. The more you put in to it,
the more you'll get out of it.
Enjoy!
A Personal Observation...
I used to get up in the morning, reluctantly, and get myself ready for work. I looked after my appearance and my
clothing, and then, with time running out, I made it to the kitchen. Most days, I didn't even have time to pop something into the toaster,
so I went to my favorite fast-food outlet instead, because breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day!
