30 DAY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

If for any reason a Customer is dissatisfied with any Truvida product, he or she may return that product and/or any unused portion of the product or empty containers to Truvida, Inc. and request an exchange for other products of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. If the Customer does not desire to exchange products, the Customer may request a refund based on the purchase price (less shipping and handling). In the case of "Free Shipping", the refund will be for the total amount paid for the product as no shipping charges were applied to the invoice.

The Customer is responsible for paying return shipping on the unused or unwanted products unless the return is a result of our error. (You received an incorrect item, a defective product, or product damaged in shipment, etc.). In these cases, we will issue a return shipping label to the customer at no charge. All exchanges are final.
